In our work with Systemic Team coaching, focus is on coaching an intact Team both together and apart, over a designated period of time to enable it to:
Here the term systemic refers to the multi-layered perspective we adopt in order to see a fuller and more complex picture of the Team in its context. Of course the more complex it is, the more confusing and therefore the more difficult it is to chose the way forward and make the right interventions. This complexity means that we have to leave a linear, clean, simple approach behind and begin to see patterns, shapes and influences and recognize that everything is interconnected. As a systemic team coach we view the Team through six 'lenses' that interweave and merge together and are present and constantly moving at the same time, these 'lenses' inform our coaching and keep us aware of all the potential options to make choices and decisions on interventions.
Systemic Team Coaching involves working with an intact Team, both when they are together and when they are apart. Goal is to help the Team improve both their collective performance and how they work together. The process also focuses on how Team members develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business.
