Flemming Andersen - Advisor
Founder of IMPAQT, experienced senior leader and INSEAD certified coach with extensive business acumen
In role as executive coach and when advising about Organizational Behavior Flemming draws on a life long dedication to leadership and Organizational development. Bringing experience from 10 years with the Danish Army as a commissioned officer and 20+ years in Pharma industry, leading Local/Regional, European and Global Commercial Organizations.
Before fully dedicating himself to Organizational Behavior, Flemming experienced first hand opportunities and challenges in the interface between HR and the Business. As Vice President Global HR Business partnering and Head of European Business Partnering, Flemming led strategic HR initiatives in service of Business Strategy. Flemming holds an MBA and coaching certificates from INSEAD, AoEC and BAO focussed at Executive/Group coaching as well as Systemic Team coaching. As a Pathfinder (Stifinder) Flemming understands what it takes to adopt a coaching leadership style. Further Flemming brings Board experience and Board education from Copenhagen Business School.

After earning a degree in life sciences, Philippe transitioned into the industry following his military service. Throughout his extensive career spanning over three decades, he has taken on diverse roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, showcasing his versatility in general management.
Philippe's professional footprint extends across multiple European nations. He has not only managed multi-country regions but has also overseen global business units, with large exposure to emerging markets.
Although most of his tenure was in multinational corporations, Philippe's entrepreneurial spirit shines through in his active involvement with start-up and scale-up enterprises, including involvement in funding rounds.
Beyond his operational roles, Philippe has held board positions across profit-driven companies, non-profits, and industry associations. His academic background count degrees from institutions like Stanford University, KU Leuven University, and Vlerick Management School.
